Good communication throughout. The pricing was very transparent and price was confirmed after their visit and assessment. The job was finished professionally and you can hardly tell the difference between the new and old tiles. the tile joints were done smoothly.

Working with Qim has been an absolute delight. His quality of work is excellent! He is very trustworthy. I had to travel but needed work to continue. I left him with the keys and found he had done a sterling job, whilst all the time updating me of progress. Started with my bathrooms and went on to do decorating. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

Matrix went above and beyond to fix the repair - excellent communication, super fast response. Worked into the evening and provided all materials and advice. Very happy to recommend to all, very honest and friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Really thorough job with strong attention to detail. We're pleased with the new floor tiles and the door looks great (with replaced door frame). Did a great job with shaping the replaced doorstep.

Shkelqim originally came to fix our tiles and did a bloody good job considering the original repair work was a botch job. He took his time and could’ve charged more but stuck to the quote - despite us arguing with him to take more money! Of course he was the first person we thought to install the dishwasher and replace our bathroom extractor fan and did a sterling job here too. So if you’re looking for a genuine nice bloke who’s great as his trade then I can’t recommend Shkelqim enough!!
