  I am so so impressed with the service from Matt Grange. My boiler broke down on Sunday evening and I was unable to rescue it like previous times it’s happened. Matt Grange had an engineer out to me so quickly on the Monday, all work completed and boiler repaired within 90 minutes. I was also offered support over the phone to try and reset it when I contacted on the morning. All in all a stressful time made so much more bearable from your company. Thank you so much, highly highly reccommend.

  From the initial call to the office to the engineer turning up and carrying out the repairs the team at Matt Grange have been excellent. They did what they said they would on the date and time. The engineer did an excellent job even having time to explain to me what the issues had been and what he had done to remedy the situation, very thorough and professional. Thank you.

  I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by your heating engineer Chris. He is obviously very good at his job. It must be very reassuring for you to know you have such dependable staff. When the job was completed he also cleaned up any debris created by the removal of the old boiler. (very happy indeed)
