Shower processor fitting
Matthew attempted to install a shower processor and within hours it leaked. He came back two days later and “fixed” it. He then left and the leak happened again when I wasn’t home and it’s caused approximately £100,000 worth of damage to my house which is unliveable. His insurance company reported that he was not communicating with them and delayed the process significantly. He might seem like a nice guy, but he doesn’t care if he makes a costly mistake. Burst water pipe.

Radiators checking
Matt responded swiftly to my request, and arranged a next day inspection for all the radiators in my house, which was a Saturday morning! Matt arrived on time at 9am. He checked all my radiators which I thought some were not working. After checking, Matt found all of them were working, and gave me some professional advice. Matt didn't charge me for the inspection. Fixed leaking tap
