Avoid Tradeupgrade Ltd. (Matt and Lili, now South Kensington) at all costs. What was promised as a 6-8 week flat renovation has dragged beyond 4 months and remains incomplete while they're on vacation. Despite paying for full project management, I had to coordinate everything myself. Issues included endless delays, poor communication, unauthorised design changes, and substandard work. When problems occurred, like a flooded bedroom from improperly fitted radiators, they blamed me! Currently, my home sits unfinished while they're on holiday!!

Quite provided and time limited to accept. Did so and paid a deposit as requested. In person visit arranged 4 weeks before job due to start and couple of days later, job cancelled. 9 weeks after deposit paid and no attempt to rebook or source alternative labour. Left us now needing to look elsewhere almost 3 months after securing the job. Really poor service and would not recommend.

New bathroom was done within 5 days and it looks amazing I love it, amazing work thanks
