I tried several local companies and had no luck. Got this Darlington company recommended to me. Quote was very fait, engineer turned up on time and job was completed successfully within one day. My tenant is now very happy. Would highly recommend this company. House was left spotless all waste materials including boiler were removed. The engineer even left his own mobile just in case the tenant needed help with digital controls.

Great advice regarding which boiler to have installed and the installation was fast and totally mess free. I'm super impressed and will always use them in the future.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Very professional from quote to invoice to installation. Everything was explained and options discussed . Fitter extremely polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards! Brilliant all round experience.

Unfortunately I have lots of issues after installation. Everything was fine until december when cold days came. The boiler began to lose pressure. The recharging attempts failed because after 15 minutes the pressure dropped to 0 again. I found a leak in the floor under the tiles that destroyed the entire corner of the wall and the skirting boards. It was only after a few weeks and several e-mails that I got help from the company and the installation was filled with sealant. Unfortunately this only helped temporarily as the boiler is still losing pressure. The warranty only exists virtually.
