Chris solved a rodent problem in our property efficiently and effectively. He took steps to identify the source of entry and conducted three visits in order to ensure that all of the rats had been caught or had left before sealing up these access points. Communication was excellent and he turned up on time. I am really pleased with the work that was carried out and feel that the issue has been dealt with to a really good standard.

Chris at Mavis Pest Control was great handling our rat issue. He was very thorough checking the property and implementing the traps & poison and covering up the air bricks (and we thankfully haven’t had an issue yet since the dead rats were found and removed on the second visit). Chris was professional and promptly diagnosed the problem. He was able to visit the property on the same day the request was made. Over three visits the problem was solved and the holes causing the issue were filled. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of emergency pest control.

Chris phoned promptly and arranged and confirmed the appointment time quickly. He arrived on time as well which is always a great indication of the service you will receive.

Phoned up on the Monday evening, quite late. By Wednesday afternoon the wasps had been eradicated. The guys were friendly and helpful, came at a time convenient to me and checked a day later to see if all was well.
