  Damp Proofer

  Restoration work carried out

I placed an ad looking for some work to be done at an old family owed cottage. It had a lot of damp and needed a new kitchen and bathroom. Thomas of Maximum Damp responded and came to look. The team were very thorough and explained what would need doing. It was extensive full restoration required. I was concerned about finding professionals to fulfill everything required. Thomas sorted everything out for me, I didn't need to do a thing. I felt included and welcomed whenever I went to see the progress. I'd be thrilled to work with them again. I am truly grateful they responded to my ad!

  Good communication and finished product.

After contacting many different companies Tom at MDS was the only one who responded and came to diagnose at no extra cost within a week - rising damp was diagnosed. Quote was received within 48 hours and a date was agreed to complete the works with good communications. MDS arrived on the approved date and four other visits due to drying of different layers of treatment. The finished product has been painted and looks ace.

  Professional and detail focused

I placed an ad looking for some help with damp in a very old family owned cottage. Thomas of Maxium Damp Solutions contacted me and came out to look. The work required was extensive. I was concerned about finding professionals to accommodate every aspect of the refurbishment needed. Thomas took control of it all and ensured I was kept up to date with everything that was happening. The team were so welcoming and I felt very much part of the process. I'm very grateful to Thomas and the team who have done an excellent job and left no stone unturned.

  Damp proofing and plastering

From the very start, this team was a professional outfit that knew their trade inside out. They kept me updated throughout, and their hard work and quality of workmanship are truly second to none. They made the whole process easy for us, and the quality of the plastering was excellent. The price was great and comes with a solid guarantee. I’m so glad we hired this company and would definitely use them again. If you’re reading this, stop searching and just ring Tom and his crew—you won't be disappointed. You might even get to meet the monkey! lol 5/5 stars.

Perfect job! No mess! Excellent work

Maximum damp solutions came today to plaster my large bedroom ceiling And I would just like to say what a great job, Marcus did! Its absolute perfect and what I was so impressed about is how clean and tidy he it was Because I know plastering ceilings is a very messy job. Can’t wait to have him back to do the walls.

Installation of damp proof course, rendering, skimming plus other general building work

Maximum Damp Solutions did a truly excellent job. The team was with me for most of January sorting out the damp proof course on a Victorian house as well as putting right a host of other issues. The work was completed to a very high standard and the team consistently went above and beyond their original remit to make sure that I was left a happy customer. Everyday started with a clear plan as to what they expected to achieve. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. Great team with great skills. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
