Max was great. Phoned quickly to ask about the job. We agreed a date, time and price. This all happened exactly as it should. Punctual really good job and nice guy all round. would definitely recommend him and will be having back for a future work.

Based on other reviews, I contacted Max who quickly replied with a full breakdown of the work required and a very reasonable quote (and was happy to work around my tricky garage layout!). Confirmed a couple more details over the weekend before turning up today. Max was prompt and efficient, setting straight to work, quickly and quietly replacing the pipe and cleaning the filter. Once the job was done he showed me the mess of the filter before responsibly disposing of it and assuring me he will come back if any issues occur. Max was brilliant. He really knows what he’s doing and did a clean, professional job sorting out our toilet pipework, sink waste and bath waste. We’re doing most of the renovation ourselves and he took the time to offer helpful advice, which we really appreciated. He was quick to reply, easy to communicate with, and never pushy. Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and someone you feel you can trust. We’d definitely use him again if we ever need a plumber.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Max sent a competitive quote and was quick to respond to messages. He took time to explain what work was required and why and even helped us understand the numerous valves and taps hidden in the attic. He stayed to make sure everything was running perfectly and even went out to buy replacement parts in his own time as we hadn't given him the correct part numbers before he arrived. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to everyone and we have even booked him to come back for some other jobs.
