Brilliant service from start to finish. Answered my call immediately, visited my property in the time frame promised and then explained the problem with my lock and the options available. Max was absolutely brilliant. He came exactly bang on time. He was quick but efficient and his work was top quality. Max explained what he was doing and I actually learned a lot about locks. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
