Installed a boiler and fixed a leaking tap while there.
My tennant complained of a no hot water and heating, called this company and Martin came out. Installed a new boiler as the old one was over 20 years old, inefficient to fix it. Also fixed a leaking tap which he didnt charge me for. Reliable and honest, knows his stuff and doesnt mess you around. I will use again for any other plumbing and heating things I need.

Shower installation
My landlord had done a terrible job of trying to install my new shower himself. After a huge leak , Martin was hired and has done a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble and even took the time to check the rest of the work my landlord had done to check for any leaks / repairs. Honestly cannot thank you enough for doing that! Put my mind at ease entirely. Highly recommend! Really friendly chap :)

Replace a radiator
Contracted to replace a radiator. Completed pretty quick and thought it was all good, then realised the pipes were at a funny angle. He assured me this was the natural angle of the pipe. He did agree though to return to fix it as it looked really bad. He failed to turn up twice, 1st time van broken down, 2nd line illness. When I uncoupled the radiator, the pipes bounced back to a straight position. He had pulled the pipe back under pressure to fit the new radiator. Really poor job.

Gas fire removal
We had a pidgeon lodged behind our gas fire. Martin arrived, removed fire, rescued pidgeon and replaced fire within half an hour. We are extremely impressed by his efficiency and professionalism. Especially as this was on a Sunday!

Request for replacement thermostat
Contacted company to enquire after replacement thermostat. Responded within 30 minutes. Discussed situation and very kindky advised that it is a simple fix and would not actually need someone to assist as can be simply remidied by myself. This for me highlights a huge amount of honesty and integrity when I could have quite easily been charged for a very simple job. Highly recommend based upon this.
