Hired Mayday Plumbing at £350/day to install radiators. He turned up late, left early, constantly pushed for payment (including cash payment), and still didn’t complete the job. Radiators were fitted incorrectly, valves left shut, wrong fittings used, and he refused to test anything (said it wasn’t his responsibility). When challenged, he became rude, defensive, and aggressive. Another plumber had to fix everything. Totally unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Excellent service from start to finish! Was given a fair quote and they were available to come the next day. Problem was identified and fixed efficiently. Would recommend and use this company again!

Mayday Plumbing solutions installed an outdoor tap and drilled a new dryer vent. They completed the work as requested and kept in communication about arrival time for the job. Very nice and professional. I would call again for any plumbing needs.

I telephoned Gareth to establish his availability to attend an emergency at my elderly mother's house at short notice. He was courteous and professional as we discussed the job. Within three hours he had attended and identified the work required. At each stage he kept me informed with messages, calls and videos. Gareth feels like a chap you can trust when you speak to him on the phone and he certainly delivered upon arrival. Highly recommended by my mother, no small feet as my dad was a plumber all his life before he passed.
