End of tenancy clean - 3 bed terrace
Fantastic. Great, easy process to book & select the level of the clean (I.e. what appliances, carpets etc), clear communication, reliable & they did a fantastic job for a very good price. Friendly, efficient & effective - I can't fault them!

Move In Clean
We had a 3 bed move in clean, however it was clear that some areas of the house had not been touched after 7 hours in the property. Adam didn't respond for 48 hours & as we were moving in we had to rectify this so the guarantee to fix the clean was redundant. I have been seeking a partial refund and sadly Adam has been ignoring my emails, responding to some and not others, saying emails aren't arriving or going to junk. In the last 9 days there has been no offer of a resolution instead Adam is just trying to blame us and avoid any accountability. Don't waste you time with Mayer Cleaning!

End of Tenancy Cleaning
The company was very helpful if I had any questions and responded quickly on their whatsapp chat. I tried calling them a few times and they didn’t pick up however. They were very professional and cleaned everything to a great standard! Even though I wasn’t there to go through the tasks, they were able to call me and make sure I didn’t want to add anything else to the job. Thank you!
