    Excellent service from all involved. The salesman done what I wanted and in about half the time of the other companies I had round. Really happy with my new windows. Thanks Mayfair.

    5 replacement windows

    Windows arrived with bits missing and one unit made incorrectly. I was told one window at a time would be fitted with minimal mess, left them to it for an hour and they removed all five windows, in December, took twice as long to install as I’d been advised, caused multiple areas of damage around the house and not informing me of any. When I commented about the broken toilet seat I was told ‘that’s John, he’s done it before’ The after sales service was appalling, was continually promised callbacks that never came and the replacement unit took months to arrive.

    Replacement windows and patio doors changed to French doors with side panels and top openers

    Shocking work. 2 men came out who had no skill in window installations and known to do poor work. They left my home filthy, carpets needed cleaning - no dust sheets were used. Many photos of appalling work and stains on carpet made by the original fitter. Someone came out to sort snagging and shouted at me until I told him not to. Took 4 more visits to get things 'ok'. Because 1 window was popped out a few times, frame is scuffed. Scratch on glass in french doors &frame is scuffed. Awful! Scored on original work - guy came out to rectify who was good but I don't want them back again.

    Replacement of majority of existing single glazing windows to double

    Order for £10k+ worth of windows. Installation by Mayfair has caused issues with brickwork that required repair and now direct cause of water leak which has stained multiple ceilings. Company unresponsive. Avoid.

    Front door and back door installation.

    We ordered 2 doors on 7/11/2019. A deposit was paid. 18 weeks later the work has yet to be started. We have had no explanation as to why and it had been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone to find out any details. The only reason we have been given was more than 6 weeks ago when we were told the door had been sent to the wrong place for painting. Now considering going to court for return of our deposit.
