All good very prompt and polite, great communication

Leaking pipe and inner toilet fittings replaced.

Nice polite man -listened about the problem-wasn’t pushy about what needed doing -explained and gave options teach step -good clean job done although the end price was felt to be a little high for the job in hand (it was quoted and probably took longer than normal because issues removing bath panel)

Experience was extremely positive and professional. Issue and cause swiftly identified and fixes implemented with options clearly represented. Overall service was very good.
