  Flat Roof best job

  Joe and father are the absolute best, lovely people. Superior roofer was focused, careful and very precise. Flat roof was stripped to the joists, then very thick ply sheets. 3 layers bitumen felt, lead flashing, coping stones- no covering over shoddy previous work to leave a perfect long lasting roof with two coats of reflective aluminium paint to help reflect heat and UV, so felt bitumen stays sound for a lot longer. Polite, careful workers. Highly recommended for flat roof work. Thank you.

  Chimney Cowlings Installation

  Bird proofed chimney and replaced missing slates

  Mayfair came to our house to give a quote and look at the roof, carried out the work quickly and efficiently, they took pictures of the work which was really handy as we obviously couldn’t see what was going on, they were clear in explaining what was needed and how much things would cost - would recommend and use again

  Reliable and professional

  Good people; they gave the best price out all the people I called; they came on time and carried out the work with a neat finish; the work was also done in the time they specified. They also left the place nice and tidy a lot better than they found it. Martin and his team were very friendly and made the job look easy. Highly recommend these guys for any sort of work. experience and quality is clearly seen from them.
