Very competitive pricing, excellent communication. Job looks well done (photos taken) and on time

Marley and Tye came to some repairs to a missing ridge tile and some concrete along the edges of the roof. On arrival on site they found that the underfelt had some holes where the tile was missing and the battens were rotten on the edges. We were shown clear photographs of the damage on his iPad along with some videos and we agreed that the roof would need to be refelted and have new battens fitted. All the work was done to a very high standard. One later job we asked them to replace the lead flashing as that had some wear and cracking to this was also done to a very high standard.

Marley is hardworking, honest and reliable. He was able to identify the cause of our leak (where other tradespeople had not) and did not suggest unnecessary and costly work. He fixed the leak and repaired damaged lead work. He worked quickly and efficiently.

Excellent work, very professional. Great communication and rescheduled their workload to fit us in when extra work was discovered that needed urgent remedial attention. The work itself was of high quality. I would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending the company to others

Marley was polite and provided excellent paperwork but his timekeeping was poor. The work overran by 2 weeks and extra costs were incurred which we were surprised hadn't been picked up earlier. The end result was disappointing with flapping and bagging felt and nails jutting out which Marley initially rectified. He came back a month later as the felt was badly flapping again like a tent and keeping us awake. We were advised to give the roof a couple of months to settle and he assured us he'd return if still not happy. So far the remedial work has had little effect.

Marley and Tyrone did a great job completing the work within their time estimate despite the poor weather ! They were very approachable and tidy and completed the work to a high standard. We were particularly impressed with how they gave suggestions on aspects of the work and tried very hard to ( successfully) find a dry verge system that we liked. Overall a very satisfactory job. We would be happy to recommend them.
