Don't Touch with a Bargepole
I engaged MBAC to install me a 3-room aircon system in October 25. The contract was for a value of £3500 and was based on a clear written specification of unit sizes. I paid £2850 up front, with £650 on successful completion. The job was 'completed' and handed over on Nov 4th, but I quickly found that two of the three units wouldn't work. MBAC returned and said that the 20 amp breaker was too small and should be 32 amp. This turned out to be nonsense. I then found they had fitted the wrong sized unit in one room. They refused to sort things out and I had to use another company.
