To re-fix a downpipe that had become detached from the gutter.
Matt responded to my call promptly and carried out the small job straight away. I am happy with the result.
Remove internal brick wall and lower half of chimney breast and install steel beams etc
Brilliant job completed by 1st class team. Matt's team removed chimney breast, installed steel beams, widened wall gap for french windows, plastered whole new large room - walls and ceiling and installed new floor. I would recommend MB Building services to anyone who needs a high quality job done by excellent tradesmen!
Re-laid patio
Re-laid our patio area so it was not uneven etc. Also made an extra seating area when we wasn’t sure what to do with the space and made a path outside along the new extension replacing gravel.
Fitting laminate flooring.
Matt fitted our water proof laminated flooring. Because our floor wasn’t completely level and straight,He sorted out those issues by using various methods and materials so that the new flooring would fit correctly.
Fit new kitchen
Matt fitted our new kitchen etc with precise detail, he wouldn’t be happy if it wasn’t done right. Advised us on what fittings would look nice. With the help of his electrician done all the new electrical issues.
Kitchen extension
Matt guided us through all the building process so we knew what was happening at each stage. Matt was very conscientious and wouldn’t be happy if his work wasn’t perfect. His team was as a good standard as well. The work was finished within his timescale.
