  We reached out to Marcus to look at extending the back bedroom, Marcus took the time to understand our requirements then came up with smart design ideas that fitted in with the current build. Super easy to communicate with, always quick to respond, and kept us updated every step of the way. Highly recommended.

  Easy from Start to Finish

  Simple to deal with from start to finish with great communication. This job involved requiring drawings for a single story extension to a 1935 house. I don't have prior renovation experience, so discussed my thoughts and options with Marcus whilst he was on site measuring. Marcus took my thoughts on board, but drew out an alternative option to utilise the space more effectively and the plans have turned out far better than I could have imagined! Had a couple of challenges from the council on different elements however, we overcame them all with ease. Planning and Building Control granted!

  Single storey extension designs

  Marcus provided the building plans in order to gain planning permission. This has now been achieved and I look forward to working with him on completing the project. Marcus guided us through the process and put us in touch with some good contact he had with regards to Tree and Bat surveys. Would highly recommend Marcus for any architectural needs.

  Rear extension to replace conservatory

  Marcus is easy to deal with and has talked us through the process as to what is involved in getting planning and building regs in place. Just what we needed as we didn’t have a clue about the process to begin with. Our plans have passed at the first attempt without any issues.
