  Design for an extension with planning application.

  Marcus Bawtree carried out a measured building survey of a 1920s house in Horsell for us and produced accurate and speedy drawings. He helped with the design of an extension and submitted drawings for planning approval, which was granted. Marcus does timely, accurate and efficient work at a fair price and I would recommend him.

  Marcus was extremely helpful and 100% efficient throughout this process. All communication was dealt with very promptly and deadlines were always met. Marcus was extremely helpful in the design process and listened carefully to our ideas and how we use our home. Marcus made the whole process very straightforward and stress free! I would recommend Marcus without hesitation to anyone looking for an efficient, polite, helpful and an extremely talented designer.

  Marcus is highly professional and unusually and wonderfully proactive in terms of designing. He was happy to draw up options for designs and combine/tweak them in order to make them perfect for me. He then provided proactive gentle reminders of next steps and was happy to support with planning applications and further work. Would highly recommend.

  Single storey utility room extension

  We instructed Marcus to prepare plans and deal with the planning application for a single storey utility room extension. Marcus has been very courteous and efficient throughout the whole process. Marcus's ingenuity also helped to resolve a planning issue with the roofline. The whole process was stress and hassle free as Marcus managed everything very well which was amazing as we are a very busy household. Thank you Marcus! This extension will be a massive benefit to us as a family.
