Some timber taken done - 2 lintels put in -crush&run laid and wackier plated - concrete foundation laid - concrete laid foR path surrounding- patio dug up for drainage. He himself did very little work but instructed 3 labourers
Mick did minimal work other than lay a few bricks - instead directed several labourers who had nothing to do sometimes as he kept disappearing off site. Had a joiner on site for a week/charged us but he did no joinery other than clearing the roof of previous timber and fitting a steel beam which is incorrectly fitted,now costing us thousands extra in further roof work. We paid all monies owed in full when we asked him to not continue including £900 for scaffolding (since found out he lied to us about how much it cost) and now say he will only pay them £625. Roof repairs, feature brick wall re-pointed/cleaned
