I phoned Mark in the morning as my house alarm wasn’t working properly. He was really helpful and responsive. Despite the short notice, he arranged for Nick, one of his electricians, to come round later the same day to sort my problem out. Nick was great and had my alarm working within 10 minutes. Can’t recommend this company highly enough: helpful, reliable, prompt and friendly.

The engineer was helpful, suggesting a couple thing I could do to save costs. He replaced some bulbs for me that I could not reach.

I use their service for my annual boiler service. They are always very helpful and provide a good service. I can recommend them.

Decided to give MB a try as they are local. Spoke with Mark who was able to provide one of his team the following day to do the job - great. Daniel was late turning up for the time slot agreed. I spoke with Mark who told me that Daniel would be with me within 30 minutes - which he was. Daniel did an excellent, speedy repair with new pipework installed and the leak fixed within 30 minutes. Only negative was that the cost was higher than expected due to an issue with the MB website but Mark assured me that this was in the process of being rectified and that all new customers would be made aware.
