From the initial visit Mark made to give us an estimate I felt completely at ease with using MB lofts. He took time to explain the process & the payment installments. Rob carried out the build & his attention to detail was amazing. The design of the loft changed during the build as the original bathroom location did not work for us but nothing was an issue & Rob went through the options available. I cannot recommend MB Lofts enough, they have transformed our house giving us an amazing space that has come out even better than we could have imagined.
