Tiled over removable bath panel so woll be exensive to remove and make good if there's a leak. Incorrect fixings for wall mirrored cabinet which has fallen off the wall, crashed into the sink unit and chipped the surface. Now moved to zdevon and won't return to rectify problem. States guarantee was only for one year.

The bathroom looked as if it had been installed well but after completion noticed that Miles had tiled over the removable bath panel so all the tiles woukd need to be removed if there was a leak. In addition to this, a couole of years post installation, the heavy wall mirror cabinet fell off the wall onto the sink unit, gouging holes in the surface due to inadequate fixings having been used. Contacted Miles but he's moved to Devon and states he only gives one year guarantee and won't return to resolve the problem.

Miles from MBM was punctual and polite from the first visit to quote for the job until the job was completed on time as estimated leaving the site immaculately clean and tidy. His quote for the work was competitive and efficiently submitted and there were no extras or unexpected additions. His partner, Danni, answered emails promptly with a clear breakdown of the costs and links to choices of shower parts etc. We wouldn't hesitate to use MBM again and would happily recommend him to anyone considering similar work.

Miles was very professional and did a good job laying the wooden flooring in our home.

Miles did a fantastic job on the refit for our newest barber shop. He had a great manner and arranged many parts of the refit including which electrian to use and rubbish removal etc. Will be using MBM Again! 10/10
