  New tiling to fix a leak

  This work has been completely redone by another company due to shoddy workmanship, costing double the original £900 that was initially paid to MBM works. MBM works still have keys to a flat (Security keys which can not be recut) which Paul promised to be returned but after numerous times trying to contact and several months has failed. Avoid this company at all cost, a tradesman that can not be trusted. Apparently in Scotland and my suggestion is he stays there.!!!

  Fitting of new back door

  Paul fitted a new back door to property which included having to use filler. He was meant to return to finish the job for which he was fully paid however bereavement and then Covid interrupted this and then he moved to Scotland leaving job unfinished. Personal reasons for his move to Scotland however it has left us having to find another handyman to come in and complete the work for which we have already paid. Very sad indeed as Paul is a superb worker who has done several other jobs for us.

  Cutting away concrete to expose damp proof course

  The work was done professionally and looks good. I'd asked Paul to do other bits of work for me so am sorry that he's left Northampton and has moved to Scotland

  Refurbish House

  Paul refurbished my 4 bed property in Northampton. I live 120miles away, so needed someone I could trust. I was well rewarded for placing my trust in Paul. The job overran on both time and budget, but, this was both inevitable and unavoidable. Materials were difficult to source because of lockdown, and the property had been badly damaged (with a lot of it hidden) but was not entirely unexpected (by myself). The standard of work was excellent, Paul was meticulous in his approach, updated me regularly by phone, text and photos and sought approval for excess repairs. I highly recommend him

  Bathroom Refit, Tiling and Plumbing

  Fantastic work! Paul was professional, friendly, worked tidily and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to a high standard. He was more than happy to work on additional jobs that were required such as repairing an unexpected leak under the bath and putting down some new flooring. The work completed is fantastic and I couldn't be happier.
