D9 not trust this company
Called this person in following a leak. Quoted for a full week's work by a team of 3. The first day just one fella on site for half a day, the second day 2 'finished' the job. Shoddy work, left cement all over our tarmac, massively over - priced. Rip off merchants. AVOID!Verified reviewerJob location: ST810 General Plumbing

A difficult job completed in adverse weather conditions. I was kept up to date with each step of the work being carried out. Mario and Tommy(?) Worked really hard to ensure that there was as little disruption as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone as their work ethics and customer service were second to none. Thank you both very muchVerified reviewerJob location: CW24.33 Water Leak Detection

Overcharged
A few months ago, the user had an emergency toilet leak affecting the flat below and called plumbers for a same-day fix. Although the plumbers were polite, they focused heavily on upselling bathroom renovations and became pushy. They claimed to fix two leaking pipes but gave inconsistent explanations about the toilet, saying it “wasn’t leaking but could.” The toilet later leaked again, and since they lacked the needed part, they simply disconnected it. Despite the incomplete work, they charged £500, which the user felt was excessive.Verified reviewerJob location: WA22.67 Plumbing Repairs

Moving radiator half half mere to the right and tidy up pipe work,
asked to come and tidy up the pipe work and move the radiator to the right about half a meter to the right, Informed the floor boards easy, so the pipe work could come out strait underneath, He took the quote job and said would need to order 8 elbows more pipe work, and he would be here tomorrow, that’s fine at a cost of £300, , As shown in the photos non of the pipe work had been touched to tidy it up, not 8 joints used And I had to go out and by a new radiator because the thermostat “would not fit” and plastic joints my self, he brought no equipment and used our stuff like ct1Verified reviewerJob location: ST8RTom C10 Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing

Major unblocking of drain caused toilet to block
Great guy, very polite, he had to deal with an old heavy manhole cover and heavy blockage, but did a fantastic job.Verified reviewerJob location: ST3RGary S
