Repaired a broken toilet flush
The response time was great. Answered my initial request within 10 minutes. Can came out same day (even on Saturday). Was very polite and professional. Even cleaned up afterwards.

Leaking shower
We had a leak in our shower that pulled down the kitchen ceiling. Mihai came out to us on Saturday explained what needed to be done gave us a price and came back the following Wednesday and fixed it. First class thank you

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Unfinished work & no communication
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Agreed price and took a deposit. He began work but was always not working one day or the next for various reasons. This led to the project falling behind. He promised that he would work weekends to catch up. He didn’t. Now, he’s dropped off the radar without finishing the project. We have no bathroom working in our house with small children. He has not communicated for three weeks. Avoid. Terrible communication & service. Another potential customer he has taken a deposit from and scarpered!
