Michael is a thorough professional and a gentleman. He visited and explained exactly what needs to be done and carried out the job really well once I finalised. Electric shower was missing a part and Michael returned to fix it as promised.

After initial visit, Michael quoted quickly and then worked around us to plan a start day. Supported during our selection of bathroom furniture and worked together on the design. Always arrived early and worked a full day to get the job completed. Would happily recommend and use Michael for future work.
