The work was OK as it stopped the leaks but disappointing amount of crud left behind for me to clear up on the path and in the guttering. Spare tiles left behind as well. Had to wait five months for a receipt for the money I'd paid and a guarantee for the work done. Didn't turn up to do a quote at another property afterwards.

Sorry to hear about the debris left behind but this wasn’t ours to clear in the first place.
The area around the property has been left in a very poor dangerous state due lack of any maintenance over the last few years.
The back garden was in a terrible state and dangerous to be walking around, scaffolders nearly refused to erect scaffold because of this.
Debris in gutters also were existing.
we left spare tiles for the owner as the existing tiles were obsolete and impossible to obtain, so would have been handy for future repairs.
The guarantee and receipt were an oversight
