Unblocking a drainpipe which was blocked and not allowing rainwater to drain.
Super quick response to my cry for help. I literally had rainwater coming in through the French doors because of the blockage in the pipe from the guttering. Mike and Ben got back to me really quickly, came round in the afternoon and had cleared the blockage in no time. Friendly and polite even when he got drenched from the water which gushed out.
