After placing a job request to trim trees and hedges in Checkatrade, Miles contacted me on 7 November 2024 to arrange a site visit for 12 November 2024. We accepted the quote on 22 November 2024, and the job was done to our satisfaction on 29 November 2024. Miles kept us notified of his arrival time throughout the process until the job was completed. His quote wasn’t the cheapest, but it was very well-prepared giving an explanation and cost in detail of each type of work we need to be done. I have used Miles and his colleague John for 2 years since our previous tree surgeon became more unreliable. I initially used him for an overgrown conifer hedge removal and stump grinding. His response to a request for a quotation was prompt and timely. His price was reasonable, the work was done exactly when he said it would be and he tidied up completely.
