Got a quote to do the job, supposed to start following day, however came the same day, Got working , exposed the problem area. Following day had to phone as no one turned up in the morning. However did come soon after phone call. Came an completed the job, which ran into a third day. Quality of work was excellent, another problem came up and was repaired competently
