1 Ridged Tiles Repair

Full hip mortar removal and replacement to re-bed tiles
Roof hip with a few slipped tiles. McCulloch Roofing gave his quote in the same terms as 2 other firms-remove the tiles, chip the old mortar away then rebed tiles. A young man appeared and completed the work very quickly, no mess. The work has failed- with road visible cracks between tiles and chunks of mortar missing. Contacted the owner and he only appeared to inspect after a further call over 2 wks later. He has failed to return within his quoted week after agreeing there are are failures in the work. Roof repair
We're really happy with the work that was done. They are very professional and friendly. They surveyed the damaged roof and a video was taken of the repair needed, which was shown to me before quoting. Remove hip of ridge tiles, clean and reset
Young man that came to do the work worked very efficiently and fast! Tiles were removed, mortar chipped off them and all replaced in new mortar. All his working area was covered by a sheet so no mess left from mortar etc. Very clean worker and pleasant too. The MucCulloch team were great. We got a quote and a week later the work started and four days later it was finished. The team were very polite, punctual, worked very long hours, kept us informed with how the work was going, were polite, friendly and tidy and the work has been done at a very high quality. Replacing and positioning of roof slates and cement work on gable end
Contacted company via chat, received a response within 20 minutes. They assessed the job following day and completed the work the next morning. They actually charged me less than the quote as they finished ahead of schedule. Couldn't ask for a better service.
