Shane did a fantastic job replacing the tiles on our roof. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even coming out in the evening on his birthday to help resolve a very tricky situation. Most builders would have walked away, but Shane handled everything calmly, professionally, and with real commitment. His team were punctual, respectful, and completed the work exactly within the agreed timeframe. Truly exceptional service and highly recommended.

Asked for help about a leak in the roof and once the works started found the roof was in a far worse state than thought. Shane gave me 3 options and talked me through the pros and cons of both. We decided to go for the full roof and I am so glad we did. They worked super fast and it looks amazing, they also reclad our dormers to match the new roof and replaced gutters and soffits. They needed to remove the solar panels to do the work but Shane organised this. There has been a problem with getting them running again but Shane has been very responsive to messages and is fixing the issue.

I found the operatives to be polite, efficient guys. They were extremely professional in their approach to the works carried out. They kept me informed of all they were doing as the job progressed. They left the site very clean. I was very pleased with the service I received, so much so I have recommended them to my neighbour.

Had a very good priced quote from these guys, and out of 3 trades we had come round, they were the most helpful, offering advice and what would he best option for us. We had our roof battens and inside lining replaced, they managed to salvage over 80% of our old tiles too. They had to disconnect our solar panels and reput in the bird netting, all if which was done, they tidy-up on last day, removing the old stuff. On the whole, I highly recommend them, great guys, very friendly and hard working. A**

I'm still waiting for my receipts for the deposit and the outstanding balance to be sent. Mr McDermont, in his invoice advised that the work would b guaranteed for a period of 25 years. However, the certificate of guarentee has yet to be supplied, this after asking for it. It has been pointed out to me tht some of the flashing down the side of the dorma extension seemed to be made up of bits of lead and not a strip.

Contacted the company following our new house survey. Fantastic communication, very professional, very quick to get the job done, considering I was not at the address I was notified about the results promptly. Will definitely be saving the number for any future roofing needs and highly recommend.
