This is the second time Liam has done work for us (previously installed alcove shelving) and we have been equally as happy with the finished job - this time it was to create a bespoke inbuilt wardrobe. The quality of Liam’s carpentry is excellent and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does. The space in our bedroom wasn’t a standard wardrobe size but Liam was happy to work with our ideas and also make new suggestions which was really helpful. Would highly recommend!

We originally contacted McGinley’s Carpentry with an extremely vague idea of a media wall. Across several months Liam worked with us to design and shape what eventually became a masterpiece of a unit that we could never have originally envisioned. We felt involved throughout the entire process. Liam provided amazing ideas and always considered out budget with every change. During the build he worked tirelessly to integrate the media wall in time for Christmas. At every point there was a decision to be made, Liam let us know. I would recommend McGinley’s Carpentry to anyone.

Liam came primarily to design and make a bespoke av unit but also to replace skirtings, picture rails, block doorways etc during a renovation. Liam was a joy to work with. He was conscientious, reliable, and a serious craftsman. He took such immense care in his work. We are delighted with the result which has completely transformed our space. Nothing was too much trouble, he recommended other trades when unexpected issues arose on adjacent parts of the renovation and gave excellent advice. He also helped last minute when some ceilings became unstable (in another room). Would highly recommend!

Liam has done an excellent job in fitting the doors. The replacement of the door stops mean the doors now close perfectly and silently and look absolutely amazing. He adhered to the work schedule, keeping us informed at each stage and tidied up at the end of each day. He is a perfectionist. His attention to detail and his passion for his work are examples of his superb craftsmanship and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and will definitely use him again in future.
