Despite initial good communication Don't use these guys Lesson learned - paid £150 for materials, followed up to confirm if coming today at 10am. It's now midday and after numerous phone calls straight to VM - nothing. Suggest you find a professional company to deal with.

We Had Craig Come around And View The Room And Hall His First Thoughts Were Because Of The Size Of The Living Room Would Take 2 Days! I Was Happy With This TimeFrame On The First Day The Boys Were Very Polite And Cracked On With The Job They Managed To Do Both My Living Room And My Hall On The First Day I Was Shocked As To How Quick They Got It All Done They Also Were Very Good At Not Getting Any Paint On My Carpet Whole Place Had Mats N Sheets Down Job Well Done Is All I Could Say

We decided to use this company after reading the reviews and receiving a quote for a full house redecoration. Craig was positive about the job and ensured us he would have it complete in 5-7 days which we were happy with….All downhill from here - day 1 arrived late but did work on later, day 2 he was in and out all day quoting other jobs, day 3 I caught him drinking my vodka from the kitchen, day 4 and 5 he didn’t show up at all!!! He vanished with my key for days which was a worry so I was left with a house which was barely started, no explanations, no refund. Terrible experience! Do not touch!

The decorator himself was a lovely pleasant guy. Very apologetic about his timings. Things outwith his control. All empty paint tins, excess wallpaper etc left behind. I realise this is a fairly new company and I feel the owner needs to be a little more customer friendly, wanting money almost on completion of job. Decorator asked if everything was ok, we said yes, we think so, but it was 8.30pm, Friday night, getting dark, we were tired. We are happy with the work carried out, and would recommend, but the service provided could have been better.

Excellent service from McGowan painting and decorating. The work immaculate especially for the price of the job all around 10/10 service will definitely use again.

Absolutely outstanding called on Saturday and the team came today and smashed it my fence looks brand new again thanks!
