Fit new toilet, shower and shower rail/curtain
Nice enough guy, sent his apprentice who rushed and glued the toilet to the wall instead of fixing it, it leaked and he had to come back and sort it. He fitted the new shower badly using some of the old shower parts which he changed when he returned to sort the toilet. Martyn himself fitted the shower rail he charged £150 for (parts and labour) it is cheap and flimsy and bowing in the middle. I later found it on Amazon priced at £39.99. I Am surprised to be receiving such feedback as I was reassured by the customer on completion back in November everything was ok and they were happy of which I have heard nothing regarding the shower rail issue since. If I had been made aware After explaining to my supplier (not Amazon) who I purchased the product from they would of exchanged or refunded this item. The item was £84.99 at time of purchase and as I trust my supplier So had no reason to research the price. Yes my apprentice let me down on the initial visit and my apologies were given and accepted. In the whole the customers were nice people just wish they felt that I was more approachable to help with there concerns before resorting to try and effect my future in the trade.
