Well what a difference a day makes After not having any heating or hot water for 4 weeks because of low pressure I have finally had my water main renewed after Water Board found a leak As it was on my property it was down to me to fix I phoned Mckenna Utilities who specializes in reinstalling water mains. And I must say that I was surprised how quickly they could come out to put a new water pipe in . Paul said he can get it done in a couple of days Explained how it will be installed with a mole . It was done in a day by two experienced guys who explained every aspect of the work carried

As part of a complete upgrade of our power, we needed to install a power and ethernet cable to the detached garage. The best way to do this was mole the cable under the lawn and driveway. Paul turned up with his team and set to work. Level wise our ground is not flat so this dded a complexity. Their efforts were heroic and after 6 hours without a break the electricians were able to get the cables through. Pauls team were heroic and cheerful throughout. the clean up after was above and beyond. I would recommend without reservation. In fact I am getting them in to replace the water pipe now!

Excellent job… you would never have know that a new water main had been fitted …my driveway and front garden were left as it was before the holes were dug …very professional job…would highly recommend.

Paul came and assessed the job and sent me a quote via email. The quote was the best and paul and his team got the job. Paul arrived on time explained what they where going to do and a rough estimate on time to complete the work. Paul had removed my leaking old lead pipe from the road into the property and replaced it with a new modern water pipe. The work was completed in a day and the site left clean and tidy, I would recommend Paul and his team for any work you may need.

We contacted McKenna Utilities following our water pipe bursting in our front garden. Paul took my call and came out as agreed on Saturday morning to take a look at the issue and quiet for works. Paul then emailed the quotation. Which was very competitive and we agreed a date for the works to be undertaken. Paul came himself to undertake the work and completed fully to the extent that it hardly looked like anything had ever happened. All through the process we had excellent communication with McKenna Utilities and would recommend them to have similar or any work carried out.

A water leak is never good, on a Coronation Bank Holiday terrible. Although unable to do work on the Saturday as they were delayed on previous job (and we had only spoken that morning) the guys returned an hour early on the Monday. Within a couple of hours work complete but there was still no water upstairs due to an air lock. But they didn’t just leave me to it - they did try to resolve it and with help from my DIY man it did sort itself out. The work was photographed and sent to me so I could see all the work that was carried out, the damaged pipe/final repair. Great job, nice guys.
