Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced
Lock out of new home. Booked Mckenz- Key. Was kept informed of arrival time. No concerns and a pleasant person to deal with. Reasonable price so have no hesitation in recommending this company

Main door lock
Contacted Paul for our upvc door, lovely person to deal with. He even talked me out of changing the whole locking system when I mentioned it saying it wouldn’t really improve things - new barrel in and now much better. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him. Thank you Paul.

Locked out
Contacted Paul at mckenz- key locksmith as I couldn’t get my key in my dads house to work , he was working in a job and said he could come over after but offered me advise with the key I had and it turned out I had the wrong key , he didn’t want paying for his on the phone help , very kind of him
