    The work involved replacing an existing fitted washbasin and toilet, an new under washbasin cupboard, fitted drawers and closed coupled toilet, with a countertop. This was quite tricky as I didn't want to change the existing tiles or flooring and bath. Michael managed all this beautifully and coped very well with the inevitable compromises required. Michael was very accommodating, well-organised and tidy. He arranged for the old units and sanitary ware to be removed very quickly. I am delighted with the work.
