Safety checking after my cooker blew a fuse
10Jack was very friendly and helpful, explaining things clearly and pointing out ways they can go wrong. I was happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to call on him again

10Verified ReviewJack contacted me with 10 minutes of posting quote and quickly ran through the likely problems essentially giving me the option to say no to a call out. When I said please come and check he said they will be there after 12.00. Jack arrived between 12.00 and 1.00pm, and his diagnostic confirmed the problem. Charged the £40 call out fee which was £160 cheaper than another electrician 2 months ago.

Every step of the way from first contact, quotation (very competitive), my silly questions through to the installation, Jack was very friendly, approachable, open and extremely professional. The quality of his work is second to none. (Despite the weather and amount of gardening involved)! I’ve looked at a lot of charger installs lately, and I’m genuinely happy to say that the one just completed at my house is the best I’ve seen!
