Replaced wobbly garden fence and wooden posts with concrete posts and gravel boards and close boarded fence panels. Very pleased with the finished article. All debris and spoil taken away.

Various ideas were offered to make good an area of crazy paving and crumbling concrete to the rear of our old cottage and the most cost effective option, which would give a good result, was suggested. Danny even took us to see a couple of examples where crates and small stones had been used to create driveways. A modification we suggested to include a low wall was readily accepted even though the work had started. We were on a tight time-scale and every effort was made to complete the project on time. An excellent result which is very much appreciated - thank you very much.

The management and work carried out by the very professional team at MDB Property services was carried out in the most professional and meticulous fashion, with excellent communication and attention to detail. From demolition and removal of the old sectional concrete garage and safe disposal of the asbestos roof, to groundworks and erection of the individually designed oak garage and carport, we were kept informed and felt in control of the entire process. we were consulted on every important design consideration. The team were outstanding, friendly, hardworking and considerate. top team.

Good quality of work overall and helped me quickly, but was quoted one figure on the phone then told a higher price on completion of the work. When I queried this was met with a very unpleasant and hostile tone from the owner. Will not be using again which is a shame as the guy that carried out the work was great.

Great communication, punctual visit and prompt yet comprehensive quote supplied. The only reason we are not proceeding being, as house is already extended, estate agents believe any further works wouldn’t necessarily add value. Just our personal situation. Thank you Megan for all help supplied.
