Changed drainage pipe on the bath tub.
Not happy with it.Sort out a leakage in my shed .But still leaking.Asked him to come and check it and he is asking £50 just for coming.I have problem with his attitude and refuse to come and have a look at the water leakage and asking for extra money rather than sorting my problem out.

New bathroom
Extremely pleased with our refurbished bathroom. Matthew and Thomas who did the fitting were very friendly, courteous and polite. They worked extremely hard and their workmanship is of a high standard. Arrived on time and tidied up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in using MD Building Services again and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Large garden deck construction
Demolished old garden deck and build a new one. Rerouted old electrical wires and water pipes under the deck to make finished product look better. Very hard working people with a good work ethic, as they had to work during horrible weather to finish the job for us in a timely manner. Genuinely nice and trustworthy people. They were recommended to us by a friend and they exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for the hard work they put in for us.

36 sq metre replacement of supports and roof to a conservatory / workshop.
Listened to our requirements and improved on our original ideas. Waterproof an neat finish. Very good work ethic. Will use them as first choice in any future needs.

General Work
Fitted large gate to the garden which involved taking down a wall, fitting the gate, and also a fence to the house from the gate. The result was brilliant and drew attention to neighbours who were particularly impressed! Also replastered the chimney breast and fitted an external outlet to the hob extractor hood (a very difficult task). Both jobs were very professional and neat. I would recommend MD to anyone looking for building work.
