MD Construction have completed many aspects of building work for me. This includes a revamp of my utility room, converted a room and added stairs to access this space and also have completed a knock through for a kitchen dining space, as well as a downstairs shower room. Matt always offer excellent work all around and is very knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with, has an eye for detail and finishes work to a great standard. MD Construction are a trusted building team who I will use in the future and would recommend always.

Matt and his team carried out a complete refurb of a dilapidated 2-bedroom flat to a high standard. The works included building, roofing, plastering, full electrics, full plumbing and decorating. Straightforward approach and easy working relationship appreciated as much as the work itself.

We had a two storey stone extension completed by MD construction in 2023. Matt and the other trades he brought in to complete the job were excellent. The quality of the work completed was excellent and we were so happy with the end result. Matt took time to understand the plans and suggest improvements where he thought things could be altered for the better. The site was left clean and tidy and each day. The job was completed to budget and was exactly within the timeframe Matt had estimated. Overall I would have not hesitation recommending MD Construction, and would definitely use again.

Matt helped us build a side extension between last April and July, which was intended for use as an office and a downstairs toilet. The work was completed professionally with good standards throughout. Communication with us and other tradesmen( electrician, plumber, building control inspector) was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend him to others.
