Install of bathroom downlights and extractor fan replacement
We needed the lights in our bathroom replaced after both fittings stopped working, along with a failed extractor fan. Mark came out to quote and, although he was more expensive than some of the other quotes we received, we immediately had a great feeling about him. He was personable, knowledgeable and clearly took pride in his work. Combined with his excellent reviews, we felt the additional cost was worthwhile for the reassurance that we were in safe hands. That feeling was absolutely justified. Mark arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the equipment and process clearly, kept us informed throughout and was exceptionally tidy. He took care to protect our carpets and left everything spotless. He was also incredibly helpful beyond the job itself, offering advice and helping with a couple of other things we noticed while he was here. We’re really pleased with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark.
