The team were incredibly friendly and professional and all decisions that needed to be made were discussed with options given.   MDK Facilities services were excellent throughout. We had patio extended with slabbing and decking work carried out on top of an old filled-in pond. Martina was attentive, professional in approach and guided us in how best to have the work carried out. She is a true expert in her field. Once work commenced the team were excellent - very clean and tidy, professional and efficient. The quality of work was brilliant and the finish immaculate. We will not be going anywhere else for any of our garden needs going forward only MDK!

  Martina was friendly and professional in all her communications with us and through hard work and diligence, has brought our garden design into reality for us. Her teams of builders and gardeners were professional and hardworking and provided us with beautiful new fencing, a lovely new patio area and two new large flower beds. Everything done to a very high standard. Although the general design was agreed at the initial meeting, the specifics were managed along the way and the project evolved very satisfactorily, culminating with an exhausting but rewarding and enjoyable final day of plant

  Martina and her team carried out a good job, everything went according to plan other than I didn't quite get the block paving design I originally wanted due to a lapse in communication. The timber work is first class and all credit to Ben for his attention to detail. Martina was very accommodating when I decided I no longer wanted to use some of the materials originally requested and agreed to take them back which was a kind gesture. All materials and skip arrived on time and everything was cleared away on completion. I would use MDK again.
