What a legend, Max came to fix an under-sink leak where the seals had degraded and I'd attempted to plumb in the dishwasher myself... He fixed it quickly resulting in a better drainage flow and neater under-sink pipework! Very polite and kindly didn't comment on the dodgy job I'd attempted myself! I'm left almost looking forward to my next leak in order to experience his superb service again!

Max completed a job which first seemed easy and later turned out to be difficult to the highest standard. He is very creative and resourceful finding solutions to quite tricky issues. Very nice to deal with. Honest pricing as well. Highly recommended

Max visited our property over 3 separate days and completed the following jobs for us: 1 - carpet removal, install of underlay and laminate flooring in living room, including replacing old skirting boards. Max and his colleague, Cameron, did a fantastic job and we are really pleased with the result. 2 - Mounted TV and Soundbar to the wall and hid the cables behind plasterboard wall. 3 - replaced the towel radiator and bath panel in the bathroom. 4 - replaced door handle and installed bathroom lock. All work was completed to a very high standard and we strongly recommend Max's services.

Max and I planned the kitchen together based on our needs and his creative ideas to bring it alive. He's hard-working, detail-focused and tenacious when it comes to problem-solving and finding a workaround to an unforeseen issue. He's particularly good at checking back rather than assuming, and brings his experiences from previous jobs - so he knows what will and won't work. I would say he works as if he was working on his own house! His rates are very reasonable and I've got more work lined up for him in the new year.

I needed help with various maintenance works around a few of my rental properties. I have instructed MDK to attend them all and Max has has been excellent in completing all jobs and his communication was clear throughout. As an outline, he has replaced a bath, fitted a new sink in the kitchen and a new worktops, fitted shutters and carried out touch ups across the previously scuffed walls. He has completely renovated a garden at one of the properties also. Built and fitted decking as well as doing all the fencing. Really impressed and safe to say I will use MDK for all my properties.

Perfectly executed job, high quality workmanship would recommend to anyone, max was friendly always smiling, a lot cheaper than others
