He made it easy for me to use and understand
Have used Michael on many occasion, this time was to fit Hive. There was an issue with my boiler which he quickly resolved then he efficiently installed the new system. I’m pleased he also installed and set up tge app for me on my phone then gave full instructions on how to use it.

Emergency Boiler Replacement
When my elderly father’s boiler gave up on a Friday night during the recent cold snap, Michael was incredibly helpful. He attended the house within an hour on a Friday night, sourced the boiler on Saturday and had it all fitted on Sunday for a very reasonable price. He was very communicative and friendly, enabling me to organise everything from long distance as I don’t live locally.

Replace heating pump
Michael answered our initial call promptly and was able to attend very quickly. He diagnosed the fault straightaway and arranged a return visit. He turned up on time and, despite difficulties with extracting the old pump which led to the job taking much longer than expected, he worked solidly to complete the job to everyone’s satisfaction. He was personable and informative and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Boiler service and fault finding.
I found MDP on Google and didn’t realise he lived just down the road from me. He was very obliging when I asked to rearrange the original appointment so that I could take my mum to hospital. On the day he arrived on time, serviced the boiler, fixed a couple of minor problems quickly and with no fuss. In fact I’ve asked him back to replace my thermostat for a simpler one that I can understand! Great job.
