  Very responsive, answered the ad same day. Called same day to arrange repair. Communicated clearly and honestly about what needed doing and when he could do it. Came when he said he would. Top job, will use again in future 👍

  I required pipework putting in for a downstairs toilet , mark came out when he said he would and quoted the job within 2 hours ££££s cheaper than a previous quote needless to say he was booked to start work the following week he arrived on time and completed the job with no problems would highly recommend
