Our renovation included repairs following a catastrophic flood from pipework upstairs. Mark and co were incredibly supportive and professional especially when our insurance company started roving difficult to work with. They not only restored our collapsed and water damaged ceilings downstairs, they executed our vision for panelling and decorating perfectly. A few months on and we are pleased with our refreshed home. We look forward to working with them again in the future. MD property maintenance have refurbished our kitchen, replaced all radiators and internal doors, plastered all our ceilings and decorated the house throughout. I can fully recommend Mark and his talented team - we feel lucky to have found them. In short, you can trust them. They know exactly what they are doing, and will guide you along the way. Mark was very easy to communicate with and flexible with us around organising dates. Arrived nice and early and did an amazing job of removing and capping a gas fireplace and plastering an entire wall for us.
