  Happy From Day One With Douglas And His Men

  Don’t be put off by where their base is. He does loads of work in Greater Manchester, where I live. Using drone tech, a quote was agreed, and he returned the following day with his men. I knew the roof was in a poor state. Doug said that no major work had ever been done since built. And I was quoted for a full roof replacement, with guarantees, which I accepted. They started work straight away. Over the next 5 working days, they grafted away, removing the slate and rotten beams, reinforcing other beams, covering with breathable sheeting, and new tiles, facia and soffit boards, and guttering.

  Honest company, high standard, great price

  They fixed some slipped tiles and repaired my leaking chimney and replaced my chimney stacks. The team was polite, punctual and efficient and completed the work to a high standard. Douglas is a gent and honestly pointed out the work that was required and understood that we had a budget to stick to. He provided a 5 year guarantee and we're very happy with with his expertise and standards.

  Impressive from start to finish and beyond.

  Douglas attended to assess the various age related defects in the roof. He transparently showed me the drone footage as he examined the roof and explained the issues clearly. He outlined what needed to be done and priced the work competitively. We arranged the work and he communicated accurately to help keep access clear. Upon completion he provided photos and explained what had been done. He provided photos and a guarantee with a commitment to attend in 2 years to check everything and clean the gutters. 3 days later he called to check everything was alright. Great service!
